GRACE Program
(Giving Respite Activities Caring Empowerment)

GRACE in its full meaning stands for "Giving Families Respite Through Activities and Caring to the Empowerment of the Whole Family."

The program is designed to be a supportive service with family-cenetered activities. GRACE requires the family to tak an active role and develop independent supports along with the services we provide. Families will establish and nurture network supports (families) within close proximity to their homes and communities.

Our goals are to allow families to utilize each other an a support system. Examples would be carpooling, homework respite care, mentoring each other, families activities, etc. Families on the Move, Inc. plans to provide the families with a journal to track the success and failure of the program.
